I am about to start writing the two final books in the Yellow Death series.
Of course I will need two new book covers. After much thought, I have decided to revise the existing four covers to provide a consistent and modern look across the entire series.
Above is the new cover for the first book in the series: Arrival. It took some time to achieve it with several major revisions along the process.
The cover was created by 100Covers and they have been absolutely brilliant. Some of my suggestions were quite specific and the need to keep the cover UK centric would have provided them with a few headaches.
Does the cover include AI elements? Certainly, and I have no problem with that. I could never have afforded a professional artist to create this design using traditional methods. I think this is a situation where everyone benefits. I get a unique artistic cover, but I am still providing income for a cover design company.
